For the safety of our children, please adhere to the rules:

  • Everyone must wear socks (including adults).  You may bring in your (indoor only) slippers if you like.  Socks are available for purchase if needed.
     
  • No outside food or drinks of any kind are allowed. Pre-packaged snacks, fruit, light meals and drinks are available for purchase at all times.  Please keep all food and drinks in the designated eating area only.
     
  • No cakes, cupcakes, gifts, party favors or other party decor are allowed without a party reservation.
     
  • Please no gum-chewing children.
     
  • No medication allowed.  Should you or your child require medication, please notify our staff to make special arrangements.
     
  • Adult supervision (age 18 or over) is required at all times.  Imagination Island is not a daycare center.
     
  • Rough play or harmful behavior is not allowed.  Anyone breaking these rules will be asked to leave with no refund issued.
     
  • All parents/guardians will need to sign a waiver for each child in order to play.
     
  • Imagination Island enforces a "no sick child policy".  Out of respect for others, please do not bring in a child to play if they show any signs of illness.  Children exhibiting signs of illness will be asked to leave.  If you or your child is sick, please reschedule your visit for another time.
     
  • Due to space limitations, strollers are not allowed past reception desk. You are welcome to bring in a car seat or baby carrier to make your visit easier.

For the safety of your children, NO outside food or medication allowed.
